Crisis of the Indian Agriculture

India is the agricultural country this is the fact and everybody knows this fact as Indias GDP largely depends on Agriculture. In India not only crops are growing but many farmers celebrate there festival at the time of crop cutting and We know that many people worship a land, soil. It is understood that the soil and land are there mother (dharti mata) and farmers are the son of this land they are the people who every time be in touch of the land. This agricultural land, soil are part of the emotion of many people in India. In other countries, agriculture is just a business but in ancient times agriculture in our country is known to be a very honorable Job. Farmers are considered as the GOD of food who grows food (The thing which is important for survival). In ancient times people love doing farming.

But as the urbanization is increasing, modernization is increasing, foreign culture is growing day by day and due to all this, the crisis is arising in Indian agriculture. people's are moving towards cities living there land bared in villages in hope of high wages in cities, Many farmers are doing suicide due to debt, farmers who are cultivating the food for us are getting very low amount for there a crop, So due to which their interest in doing farming is reducing day by day. The person someone who was farmer sometime now leaving their profession and becoming daily labors because in doing farming is not an easy thing, The rate of fertilizers are very high, seeds are very costly, problems in irrigation, the problem of cutting, then there may be a chance that their crop may get spoil due to some climatic problems etc and after this much of the problems and hard work what they paid off for there crop by the businessman is very less amount. Due to this reason, many farmers left there farming, they sold their land to the big builder's who later work that place for building construction and in this way agricultural land is getting reduced day by day.
Seeing this crisis government should invest somewhat more and should pay some more attention towards agriculture:-
investment of gov:-
The government has fixed a target of Rs 7,61,000 crore for GST in 2019-20, which is 18 percent higher than last year. For direct taxes, the target of Rs 13.80 lakh crore is 21 percent higher than 2018-19. A slowing economy is unlikely to deliver this much revenue.
The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has committed Rs 75,000 crore to PM-Kisan scheme, while the Congress had promised Rs 72,000 per year to 20 percent poorest households. This would have cost Rs 3.60 lakh crore.
solution For the Crisis outside farming
These include better infrastructure for seamless connectivity between farm and fork. It needs political will to charge farmers for electricity, a vital input to boosting productivity, storage and farm-based industry. It is pointless for states to offer free power, drive utilities bankrupt and force farmers to run pumps on costly diesel. Diesel-generated power costs many times as much as grid electricity and keeps the demand for imported crude at high levels, putting pressure on the rupee and trade deficits.
In many states including Punjab, Haryana, UP, Maharashtra, groundwater levels are dangerously low from reckless pumping and dependence on water-intensive crops like rice and sugarcane. Cropping patterns must adapt to resources. Water management techniques, digging ponds, recharging aquifers and efficient irrigation have a vital role to play. Tikait forced then-prime minister Rajiv Gandhi to dole out more sops. That helped neither Gandhi nor the farm sector. Thirty years on, policymakers must adopt ambitious, broad-based reforms.
along with all this we all youngers have to pledge that we will look around it and help our country to come out of this big problem.
